The main focus of the module is to bring children’s awareness to their feet, to facilitate joint movements, structural alignment and to strengthen structural support.
‘Happy Feet’ also facilitates hand-feet and hand-eye co-ordination which will ultimately help to improve children’s walking techniques and functional abilities.
The Happy Feet module:
Improves flexibility of hips, knees, ankles, feet and individual toes and consequently the flexibility of the spine, shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers
Aims to increase range of movements in the whole body
Facilitates balance, coordination, hand-feet and hand-eye co-ordination which will ultimately help to improve children's walking techniques and all over abilities.
